Designed with a heavy duty swagged tube body and one piece handle. Our chain binders meet DOT specifications, the size, working load limit and breading strength are stamped on the handle of each binder. The entire assembly is powder coated. 3 8" 1 2" To be used with 3 8" Grade 70 or 1 2" Grade 43 Chain. The working load limit is 9,200 pounds. Each unit weighs 13 pounds.
